What to know before you book

Who are
 appointments for?

  • We would like to restrict these appointments to local residents only. Please bring ID with you showing residency in Toulumne, Calaveras or Alpine.

  • Guests can purchase more than one tree per visit.

  • If you are outside of the area, but would still like to request an appointment, please email us christmas@bramblehillfarms.com. We may be able to waitlist you. 

  • If you would like to get a tree for a local organisation, such as senior centers, hospitals, first responders etc, please reach out christmas@bramblehillfarms.com 
    We do accept limited local donation requests!

Can I come without an appointment?

Please don't. If you can't make an appointment or are unsure or have missed an appointment, please call or email us and we can try and fit you in. 

What do I need to do?

  • Please arrive promptly and be aware of your allotted time.

  • Please check in on arrival. We will ask you some screening questions, check local ID (for at least one member of your group) and confirm contact details.

  • Practice social distancing and patience! 

  • Please let us know in advance if you need any assistance for accessibility. 

  • If you don't have a truck and will need to tie your tree, we suggest bringing your own lifting 'crew' and twine.

What should we wear?

Definitely gloves! Sturdy and waterproof. Same goes for boots.

What can I expect?

Things are going to feel very different this year. Please understand we are doing the best we can and be patient!​

  • Please be aware there will no restroom available this year.

  • In keeping with Covid-19 recommendations, we won't have the animals around for petting.

  • We will provide each group with a sanitized saw. 

  • We will have pre-bagged farm produce available for sale.

  • Wreathes will be available for sale.

  • Cash and credit cards welcome

Do we need to prepay?

No, only at the farm if you find a tree you like. Appointments are free, we just ask folks to be considerate.

Farm Rules

  • Masks must be worn. 

  • Groups must be as small as possible. 

  • NO DOGS This year only (service dogs welcome!)

  • Please practice social distancing.
